Our Approach / Achievements

👩🏼‍🏫 We challenge and continue to challenge gender stereotypes and bias in recruitment (offering workshops and educating all employees).

🏆 We’ve made great progress in having a total of 25% of women in the Executive Team.

📈 Kicked off our career leveling (salary bands for pay transparency).

🏳️‍🌈 Hosted a CV writing workshop to support individuals who have a migration background and identify as woman, non-binary or part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

🕤 We offer flexible working hours, part-time options as well as parental leave for women and men (paid).
