Who will I meet during the hiring process?

With every position that you interview here at Linearity, you’ll ALWAYS meet a Talent Partner (Recruiter), the hiring manager, Leadership (CEO, CTO or COO) and (potentially) someone else in the team that you’re interviewing for (teammate in your future team) & the CTO or VP of marketing (depending on the role).

What technical interviews will I encounter?

We offer various technical interviews here at Linearity depending on the role. We understand that each technical role requires a different mindset and skillset. We always ensure that the technical interview is 100% relevant to the role you are Interviewing for.

Who will be my point of contact & handle all the interview scheduling?

Our Talent Partner (Dan) will handle all the interview scheduling, interview feedback, preparation & any questions or queries you may have regarding the role, company, team, etc.

When will I expect to hear from you?

When you make an application, we aim to get back to you within 7 days as sometimes we are handling over 200/300 applicants across multiple different positions, as well as interviewing candidates, booking in interviews & handling internal hiring meetings to scale Linearity.

After any interview with us at Linearity, we have an agreed SLA to aim to get back to all candidates within 24-48 hours (in some rare cases with hiring managers on vacation or emergencies this can take up to 7 days, more likely to happen closer to Christmas/Summer Vacations).
