Employee referrals are a highly successful way of supporting us to recruit the best person for every vacancy. We want to encourage the Linearity team to recommend friends or previous colleagues who they believe would be an excellent addition to the team.

We reward referrals that end up getting hired with a cash payment. It will be paid once the new hire has completed the first month of employment. Payments for FTEs and EoRs are made via the payroll and are subject to the usual deductions of tax/national insurance. Contractors will invoice us the amount.

To qualify for the referral bonus, submit your referral/leads through our ATS (Workable).

The referral bonus is available to all employees except the hiring manager of the vacancy, the Talent Acquisition Team, and C-level as sourcing and recruiting is a key part of their roles.

Referral Rewards

Our recruitment positions are classified into different priority stages. The T&A team can let you know about the classification.

Working Student and intern roles are excluded.

P0 & P1 roles: Immediately essential & high priority roles

Reward: EUR 5,000

*50% is paid in the first month of employment and 50% after the first successful 6 months.

P2 & P3 roles: Moderate priority & future hires

Reward: EUR 2,000

*50% is paid in the first month of employment and 50% after the first successful 6 months.
