Linearity is providing sponsorship for permanent relocation to Germany - Berlin.

Budgets:

The budget is managed by Linearity and is not paid out. If the budget is not completely used up, there is no right to an entitlement of the remaining amount.

Relocation budget:

• 7,500 EUR for families
• 5,000 EUR for single individuals

Ruling (internal):

• We do not provide relocation support to contractors, interns, and working students
• We offer relocation support after 2 successful performance cycles or a time period of minimum 12 months. The performance rating is meet expectations as a minimum.
• The employee must be hired as an employee (FTE) in Germany. Working on a contract basis is not possible.
• The employee must have specific experience or expertise that is not or rarely available in Germany.
• Relocation is only valid after meeting German regulatory criteria for a Blue card or work permit.
• You’re not on a performance improvement plan.
• If the employee leaves the company within one year, they are obliged to repay the relocation budget pro-rata.
