We are thrilled to have you as part of our team and we value your dedication and hard work. As an organization committed to the well-being and growth of our employees, we are excited to introduce our Sabbatical Program, designed to provide you with an opportunity to recharge, explore new horizons, and achieve a healthier work-life balance.

One-time Sabbatical options

We understand the importance of taking time off to rejuvenate and pursue personal interests, which is why we offer two types of sabbatical options:

  1. Paid Full Month Sabbatical after 5 years of employment: After five years of dedicated service with our company, you will be eligible for a full paid one month sabbatical. During this period, you can fully disconnect from work and immerse yourself in activities that bring you joy and inspiration. You will continue to receive your regular salary, allowing you to embrace this time without financial concerns.

  2. Unpaid Sabbatical:* For those who desire a more extended break, we offer an unpaid sabbatical option of up to maximum four months. This flexible arrangement allows you to stay employed while taking the necessary time off. There are two variations within the unpaid sabbatical:

*The requirement is that you have been employed by Linearity for at least 2 years. Depending on the country, local labor laws may have different sabbatical regulations and must be clarified with Remote or Deel.

How to request it?

To ensure a smooth transition and proper planning, we kindly request that you inform the company (direct manager, second line manager & People team) at least six months in advance in written form if you intend to take an unpaid sabbatical. This notice period allows us to make necessary arrangements to ensure business continuity and support you during your time away.
